I recently bought a TV off States, the service was excellent, no hard sell they knew what they were talking about, they offered good value for money and I felt like they cared about my needs and genuinely valued my custom.

The service from States really is superb. I bought a flat screen TV here in December and they brought it round covertly on Christmas Eve so Santa could do the final delivery. Now the channels arenʼt tuning properly. Mr Longley called by to check that the fault isnʼt with the TV and has arranged for the ʼaerial chapʼ to get in touch as thatʼs where the problem lies. Such a different experience from the one my friend had when her Tesco-bought TV went wrong! Thank you States of Walmer!

I have satrted buying all my electrical appliances in States.Tired of cheaply manufactured products that donʼt seem to last five minutes, Bill and Sylvia are able to research the best products on the market that are made to last.The Kettle I bought recently was really stylish and didnʼt cost anymore than average but if it matches up to other appliances I have purchased it will last ten times longer!

I bought a great flat screen digital T.V from States.The product knowledge and service was great, no horrid extended warranties, just quality product and the reasurance that if anything did go wrong Bill would fix it or replace it.I could take my TV home straight away and the picture is superb.I also found out that by buying all my batteries and light bulbs at States from their vast range, they last longer than supermarkets, and guess what ? they are cheaper!
