I second SmartStep IT being an absolute gem. When I had a major crisis with the office router not working, Andrew Martin came to our offices on a Sunday and fixed the problem. We use SmartStepʼs services for remote data back-up, remote access to help when you canʼt see how to solve a problem on your PC screen. All this data can be encrypted. They are a truly knowledgeable, up to date and professional company who never let you down. The IT advice and support our company receives is amazing.

An absolute gem for people having problems with their home computer service.
Andrew came to my house and provided quickly and efficiently the help and trouble-shooting that BT were unable to provide adequately.
My internet access problems were solved and virus removed from hard disk amongst other things.
