The staff here are great. I am so out of my comfort zone with computers but the staff make me feel more at ease.
The Training I received from Pitman Training was superb and has given me the skills and some confidence to apply for a new job.

No matter how simple the question you have got, it will always be answered and you can get follow up advice too. The staff always make you feel welcome and are more than willing to help will any issues. Now I have found a training group that I am not afraid to ask questions in and not think that i'm silly for not knowing. AAA for Pitman Training

I started with a Word course at Pitman Training back in 2005 when I worked at Dickens Corner. After a while I upgraded my training, signed up for the pay monthly scheme and completed the Business sSkills Diploma. A real hard slog as i was a single parent back then but Paula was fantastic and supported me the whole way through it. To cut a long story short - Paula decided to offer me a job and I have been at Pitman Training since! Everyday is different and even now, I am learning new skills constantly.

The staff are very friendly and help is always on hand. Unlike going to college with set class times at Pitman Training I could choose the times to fit around my family and work commitments. I would throughly recommend this approach to training.

A great resource for achieving certified training in many areas. Easy access to the offices and helpful friendly staff made it a fantastic place to complete my course. I would recommend Pitman Training to anyway wanting to enhance their career prospects.
Pitman Training Dover gave me great help and support during my time with them, they are a cheerful bunch with excellent knowledge and are always keen and happy to help in any way they can. They helped me pass an NVQ during 2008/09, and if they can get me through, then they can get anybody through. I am keen to learn more and I can't think of anybody better. Cheers.

What more can I say? Pitman helped me in a time of my life where I had just come back to the UK and was looking around for employment. The help and advice from Paula, Kiri and James has helped me obtain a diploma in Business Studies and two Certificates: Book-keeping and Purchase Ledger not to say new-founded wealth in areas I was quite new to. I was really apprenhensive and nervous about training later on in life, but I was soon made to feel at ease with the help of all the staff at Pitmans.

When I decided to retrain I was impressed, in the first place, by the friendliness of the staff, and how everyones' names are remembered. It makes you feel part of the 'team' straight away. Also, although your learning is self motivated, they are always available to help and encourage.

I had been made redundant and decided to improve my computer skills. I had always been quite good with Microsoft Office so I decided I would study for the Official Microsoft Certification via Pitman Training. Everyone at Pitman Training in Dover conducts themselves in a very professional manner and encourages their students to achieve their goals and beyond. Since achieving my Microsoft Office Certification my confidence has increased and I have been able to assist many others with tasks they previously found impossible. For friendly & fantasticly helpful staff Pitman Training Dover is great! Being able to learn in a supported enviroment with the flexibility provided allows you to study safe in the knowledge that you have the freedom to progess at your own pace and at yourside will be Kiri, James or Paula! Without these three people I would not be progressing in my career, I would not feel released from fretting over education, I would not feel secure in my ability nor would I have the job I do!!
From the moment you walk into Pitman whether it be for a informal chat or to study, a wave of warm relaxed friendly ease washes over you.
