I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and his team. I needed a bulky and inefficient 70s boiler removed from the kitchen, water tanks removed from the loft and the hot water cylinder removed in the airing cupboard and replaced with a new combi boiler in the airing cupboard with a flue through the roof. I was amazed at how stress-free the whole process was. The team took care of everything, from laying cover sheets, dismantling the tanks in the loft and removing the hot water cylinder, climbing the roof to fit the new flue, bricking up and plastering the hole left by the old flue and pipes, installing the new boiler and re-routing the pipework and tidying and hoovering before leaving. Chris and Tom (as well as Kevin and Andrew) did an excellent job and I would trust them to do the same again every time.

A couple of years ago Nick Cunningham's team replaced the boiler in my home and I was very pleased with the work. Now they have just refurbished my bathroom, replacing the bath with a walk-in shower, and once again I am delighted with the result. I can't recommend Nick and his team highly enough. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have a second home in Deal and whenever i have had issues - which have been far too many - he is always straight on it. Nick and his team can only be described as first class. We recently had problems with our central heating and his response was friendly and efficient. Nick came to us when we had problems with our boiler and provided a fantastic service. We previously arranged a homesurv insurance plumber to come and inspect our heating system, when we discovered that not all our radiators were heating up as they should, he inturn reported that our pipe work was at fault and quoted a ridiculous price for repair, he also stated that this type of work would not be covered under our insurance policy. Airing on the side of caution we decided to call Nick Cunningham afer receiving positive reviews from fellow neighbours. Within an hour of the call he was at the door and within 10 minutes had located the problem as a faulty valve and not the blocked pipe work as described by the first plumber. Boiler installation was done in just two days, the bathroom a little longer with all the trades to accommodate. These guys really go above and beyond to deliver a great service. No sucking of teeth! No over the top call out charges. Our latest hour of need was the Saturday after New Year; our heating broke down and they arrived within the hour. I was very impressed and I'm delighted with the results, which included relocating the boiler and power flushing the system. The whole thing was hassle-free and I feel very confident that it's been a good job, well done and excellent value for money. Nick also enabled us to take part in a government scheme that provides a discount for elderly people, as my mother lives with us. That saved us £250 off the total bill so was very welcome indeed. Nick told us the workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years and that's another reason I feel so pleased that I used his firm to do the work, although I wouldn't expect to call on the guarantee as they obviously took great care to do a professional job. Nick came and inspected the work the next day and made sure I knew how to work the timer! I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Cunningham Plumbers and I almost look forward to my next plumbing repair in the knowledge that we can call on Nick's team and know we'll get the problem sorted efficiently and speedily! Nick himself is very professional, efficient and friendly. He does what he promises and does it quickly. More than that it seems that all his team have cought something from him and we now ring with confidence and know we will be treated fairly and honestly
Nick and his team have recently sorted out two emergency situations for us and I have to say the service and standard of work is exemplary. Prompt and courteous and sensible about pricing (!) they are now our plumbers of choice and we will definitely be using them when we replace one of our baths in the near future.

Nick Cunningham and his team recently installed a new bathroom for me, the work being carried out in two weeks while I was away from home. The results were fantastic! After 2 initial meetings with Nick the work was carried out exactly as I wanted and everything was left neat and tidy on my return. This is not the first time Nick has carried work for my family, the results are always exceptional. Totally trustworthy, excellent craftmanship and first class customer service.
