Fowlmead is a great place to go & run or cycle. It's away from the main roads, with endless footpaths & tracks to stop even the seasoned runner like myself from getting bored!

We visited Fowlmead in the June half term. What a great place, beautiful views and safe in the knowledge that the children can ride their bikes in a safe environment, exploring through the woodland pathways and of course not forgetting the BMX track. Well worth a visit. Plan to return as soon as possible. Fantastic value for money.

Paid a visit to Fowlmead Country park today and although very windy we all had a great time. It was lovely to see the children cycling of in the distance knowing no harm could come to them from busy traffic. My son is learning to ride so was perfect for him. You donʼt even need to plan a visit as they hire bikes, baby seats and tag on bikes. Definatley well worth a visit.

I love this park it is a great open space and it feels really good to get away from the traffic.Brilliant views of Deal & Sandwich from the highest point.I go as often as I can to walk or cycle.I like loking out for events to try such as Archery.I am looking forward to the kite flying coming soon!

This park is really worth a visit. A lovely place to walk, with striking views across to Thanet. Itʼs quite windswept, so wrap up warm on anything less than a hot day! The cycle track looks great and a really safe place for the kids to cycle; weʼll be going back there with bikes soon. It will be interesting to watch the park mature and to see it change with the seasons.

This country park is a real gift to the local community and beyond.How fantastic it is to have a place so tranquil and beautiful where I can take my daughter to ride her bike in safety and enjoy the breathtaking scenery and views of Deal and Sandwich Coastline.A special place where nature can thrive on what was once derelict land.
