Just got back from a three night stay in Deal, kent. I stayed at Edmund House BB and I enjoyed my stay very much the room was very nicely presented and everything you needed from TV to ironing board plus a very nice en-suite bathroom nice breakie in the morning the whole BB was very homely. I met one off the owners and he was a very nice and down to earth person would have liked to meet the other half but I am sure I will do next time.All in all I would recommend Edmund House to my friends or anyone who wants to stay down in Deal you can not go wrong with this delightful bed and breakfast.
The breakfast was lovely; the room was excellent - really comfy. We definitely recommend Edmund House.

Delicious breakfast cooked while we watched in a lovely cosy kitchen! Comfy clean rooms with tea, coffee and chocolates. Friendly and chatty owners. What more could we ask for!!
Myself and my two sisters recently stayed at Edmund house as we had to attend our aunt's funeral. We were made to feel very welcome and found the rooms to be very comfortable - we were especially impressed with the comfortable beds and had 2 great nights' sleep as a result! I loved the view onto the street below from our attic window and we were delighted to be able to make a lovely cup of tea at the end of the day!The breakfast was delicious and Lorna was a very welcoming host.
I stayed in Edmund House this December on a family visit to Deal. It was a lovely place to stay. The three of us stayed in the two rooms on the top floor. These rooms were warm, bright and clean, and very quiet away from the main body of the house. The breakfasts were lovely and the hosts very friendly. We're looking forward to the next visit!

My family and I stayed at Edmund House on the way to pick up a cruise from Dover. We were made very welcome by our hosts. The house is lovely - clean and tidy with a very pleasant atmosphere. The cooked breakfast was delicious. We'd definitely use it again.

I've been to Deal very often and the Edmund Guest House is one of the best B&B's I've ever used. In 2008 I've been there 5 times and in 2009 I've stayed 3 times and booked further stays. The hosts are very friendly!!! I'm looking forward to the next journey.

Been visiting Deal for 21 years now & have stayed at a few B&Bʼs, Edmund House was by far the best. We thought it was very clean, tidy & nicely decorated, we had a spacious room, we even had a DVD player, hair dryer and ironing board. The wine, fruit & chcolates on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent, there was a nice cosy atmosphere and the food was fantastic - perfectly prepared and fresh. We even got to choose what time we wanted it which was greatly appreciated!The hosts were lovely people, very helpful and made you feel at home.Would definately reommend Edmund House and we will be back!
My wife and I stayed at Edmund House in September last year. The room was comfortable with a good size bathroom with shower. The welcome extras in the room were greatly appreciated and a wonderful touch. The guest house is very clean and the breakfasts exceptional. Best of all were the hosts, who couldnʼt have been friendlier and more helpful to us. We felt like we were staying with friends! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights recently to attend a funeral, we were made very welcome and the room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with extras such as complimentary wine and chocs. I was ill with a bug while I was there and Lorna took wonderful care of me making me toast, iced water and a water bottle!. Lovely couple friends rather than hosts. Will be going back again in a couple of months and looking forward to that lovely full English breakfast. Highly recommend 4*.
We will definitely return to Edmund House. The house itself is warm comfortable and welcoming from the minute you walk in and the hosts make you feel like old friends rather than guests.My husband and son highly recommend the full english breakfast to set you up for the days activities. Just arrived from a fantastic weekend in Deal Kent.Staying at the edmund house guest house .Run by Micheal Bill Lorna.If you are looking for a guest house with a Dorcester Quality with a guest house price you have found it .Edmund house is well placed in Deal close to town centre/beach andplaces to see.Why not take a day trip to france or to Ashford for the outlet shopping.Deal inkent is a MUST.I will definitely be going back and staying at the Edmund House.
A lovely place to base our short stay in Deal. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, a very comfy bed in a newly decorated room and great little extras such as the complimentary wine, chocolates and fruit in the room. The owners really went out of their way to help and advise us. We really didnʼt want to go home so soon, we will definitely be back and weʼre bringing the rest of the family! Thank you so much for a really enjoyable weekend.
