I can only use one word to describe the service in connect u "outstanding", after searching online for a new handset with no luck I decided to try shops in town and I couldnât be happier with my choice to go to connect u. I was asked what i wanted and not told what I wanted like I was in other phone shops. I was showed phones and tariffs to suit me not them i am very happy with my new phone and recommended to a friend who was also highly impressed with the service she is self employed and was put onto a business contract to save her money, a local business helping a local business. This is a local business, demystifying mobile phones and tariffs, offering exceptional service and right here on our doorstep. Do use them. They deserve all the business they can get! I knew when I received such kind, patient service from Fonehouse one Saturday - when I just put £10 on my daughter's phone that they were the people to go to should I need it. The following week I dropped and broke my Iphone. After hours of trying to get through to O2, then finding out that my nearest Apple stores were 60 miles away, I was starting to despair. I should have gone (!) straight away to Fonehouse. The Iphone can be repaired, all is well - more than well - as the relief I felt was just huge!
I have had my business and personal contracts through Fonehouse for the last 3 years and cannot sing their praises enough. On several occasions I have been unhappy with providers and Fonehouse have simply bought me out of the contract and signed me up with a new supplier on a better tariff. I like to give my business to local companies, it is just a bonus that they really know their stuff!
I wouldnt go anywhere else for my business mobile. The knowledge and customer service provided by Fone House is outstanding.If you want your mobile explained in a language you can understand,and get the most from the money you pay to your service provider, make sure you call into Fone House in Deal next time your contract is up for renewal or you need a new mobile phone they really are the expert at what they do!
