On Friday 22nd April we were the only two passengers to be picked up in Gravesend and taken to the Andre Rieu Concert in Birmingham, I met John your driver he being very smart, white shirt black trousers clean shoes and most of all his drivers tie, with a very clean Volvo six wheeler coach, and all I can say is we have had two days of truly brilliant driving, the worst seat to sit in is the back one for jerks in the transmission, but none of this with this Volvo coach, I have just retired after 36 years coach driving John was nice to talk to and he like me has been a driver for many years, only one comment can we come on a longer holiday with you next time, many thanks to John and Bayliss Coaches. We took one of Bayliss trips to the Christmas markets at Brugge. Not only was the trip excellent value for money but allowed us to enjoy the day free from the stress of the journey on their comfortable mini coach. Please accept our thanks for arranging the coach trip home in light of the cancelation of our flight yesterday (Monday) from Paris to Leeds. The coach and its team of drivers were absolutely first rate, as was the coach we travelled in.
