Are you still working out just how the latest budget affects you?

Here's a summary from Cruse & Burke in Croydon of the key elements within the 2014 Budget:

Key points concerning personal finances:

Changes to Personal Allowances & Income tax bands
A replacement of the starter rate band and the tax rate on ‘savings income up to £5,000’ from 06 April 2015.
Extension of the ISA limits.
An increase to the Capital Gains tax annual exemption.
A more flexible regime for defined contribution/money purchase pension scheme.
A new tax-free childcare scheme.
Permanent establishment of the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme Relief.

The key point for Smaller Corporates was a substantial increase in the Annual Investment Allowance relief beyond 31 March 2014.
