Donation requests regularly come through to the Club from an array of excellent charitable causes and this year Farleigh have taken a different approach in responding to them.

Charitable giving and the local community play a large part in the company’s ethos. To honour this, Farleigh have set up a scheme which offers £84,000 to local charities and sports clubs in the surrounding area.

In June 2014, the 350 acre estate sent an invitation to 400 organisations, offering the opportunity to claim a complimentary 27 hole four ball and an hour’s simulator session, to help generate vital funds for their selected charities.

The invitation was sent to local charities and sports clubs within an hour’s drive of the Club. The offers were for:

27 hole four ball – worth £160

Farleigh’s 27 hole Championship golf course was designed by John Jacobs Associates, the brains behind Wentworth’s Edinburgh course.

Golf Simulator – worth £50

Europe's first widescreen HD Full Swing simulator; choose to play on 55 of the top courses in the world from Pebble Beach to St. Andrews.

If you think this is something your employer would be interested in, or if you run your own business and are interested in supporting the scheme, contact Farleigh by email by clicking here.
