A fresh and interesting approach to business networking. Worth a visit to a meeting to judge for yourself.

I thoroughly recommend VC, the meetings are light, interactive, informal - a pleasure to be at. 10 out of 10 to David. He skillfully probes to find more information, which in turn means that his members receive lots of limelight...questions, participation...its a great group of people to be with

David has created something different from the usual "insular" style business clubs. Each week there is fresh input, a well considered education slot and new faces. Timing is perfect - you donʼt have to eat a dawn breakfast that youʼd rather not! If you get into a good discussion it is easy to continue afterwards in the bar without worrying about it eating into your day. I have benefitted enourmously not just from increased business but through meeting other like-minded people, who really care about their business and where itʼs heading. Well done David and the Best Of luck for the inaugural Croydon VC club meeting.

David has considered all the ʼfaultsʼ of the ʼotherʼ networking systems and effectively improved on the model - so that you can get to know real people in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere without the pressure or guilt of stealing ʼworkʼ time & being half asleep. Yet retaining a valuable reason for being there with the Educational and experience sharing sessions.

I visited Venture Catalyst a few weeks ago, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how relaxed it was compared to the breakfast meetings I usually attend. Plenty of parking space, lovely setting and David Thackray presides over everything with a great sense of humour and excellent attention to the detail that makes the difference.
