Thank you for responding so swiftly when we had a blockage in one of the blocks of flats we manage. I got reports from the guy on site so I knew exactly what was happening and the problem was solved within the shortest possible time.

Ben and the chaps were called into sort out a problem I had with a toilet at a rental flat of mine in Croydon. The diagnosis turned out not to be so simple, so a CCTV survey was required. The solution they came up with was very sympathetic ensuring minimum damage and disruption.

Their constant communication with me and the tenant was very professional and in this industry very unusual.

People are all too quick to criticise in today's world, I believe in also praising people and their companies when excellent service is provided.

I only recently moved into my new property and found that all of the drains servicing the premises were blocked and when it rained, the outside area became sodden and flooded. You hear all too often of people taking their time deliberately and doing work that was not necessary.

I need not have worried, you were over to the property within a very short space of time and had cleared and flushed all the drains within half an hour. You and your team worked constantly throughout the period and the resulting invoice was extremely reasonable.

I have no reservation in recommending you and your company to one and all.

The Scout Group would like to acknowledge Quality Drainage Company for a first class drainage survey and report.
Whilst we did not expect any major problems it is great to hear there are no problems with the main sewer a run of far more than 35 meters.
