The day is broken down into 3 parts.

Part 1 - we learn some basic psychology about how people buy and to stop doing what we currently do.

Part 2 - we learn some scripts to enable us to communicate with our prospect without ever sounding like we are selling to them; instead we learn to let them buy.

Part 3 - we then role play our new skills to the point to actually wanting to go back out into the business market and practice your new skills.
