Thank you very much for all your help during the recent transfer of our mortgage to a new provider. Our existing mortgage had reached the end of its period of fixed rate interest and had reverted to the lender's standard variable rate, which was really quite high. We approached you for help and advice in making this transfer and the service that you provided was absolutely excellent.

You presented us with a range of options and explained the pros and cons of each very clearly, enabling is to make an informed selection. All of the option you presented to us were very competitive, with low interest rates and other charges kept to a minimum.

The process of transferring the mortgage did not go altogether smoothly as, in these difficult times, lenders are being very careful and asking for more and more proof of ability to afford their products. Nonetheless, you were able to help us with all the hurdles set by the lender and keep the process moving so that we haven't had to wait too long to complete this transfer.
