TO Maud and all the other Croydon & Bromley EC members, thank you again for my award. As you saw yesterday I was taken completely by surprise. All I feel I have done is listen to the good advice, think how I can use it in my business and then implemented it. However I suppose that is the point, really. I have heard the same message that Nige puts out from a variety of different sources yet his delivery makes it different, interesting, engaging and more likely to resonate. I have only implemented a very small part of the plan so far in keeping with my targets, but am now constantly reviewing my actions to confirm that they are consistent with my aims and congruent with the plan set to achieve that elusive success. I feel that it makes my life easier because each step is almost choreographed. Thanks again for the recognition - now to try to win it again in Feb :-)

Thank you very much for the fantastic way that you looked at my businesses yesterday.

It was an opportunity rarely given and I picked up lots of ideas from your thoughts on other people’s businesses as well.

One thing I have picked up from you and other people who have been there and done it is that business is fun but when the time comes what pushes you on is making those brave and difficult decisions. A lot of people in the room will have to make the hard decisions to push on.
