I can not recommend McCarthy cars highly enough. The initial purchase of my car was handled smoothly and efficiently and the customer service that I received at this point from Dom and others was excellent. This level of service really has continued as, even though I was slightly out of the warranty period when I encountered a problem on my used car, the staff at McCarthy cars could not have been more helpful - both practically and financially. It is reassuring to know that there is a used car sales place like McCarthy cars in Croydon that genuinely want to look after their customers so well and I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends in the future and also using them myself as well. I would not go anywhere else for a used car now!

It’s been a pleasant experience on the whole. Buying a used car is an unsettling process with an ever present underlying fear that you’re being flogged a rubbish car, but that has not been the case when buying from McCarthy Cars. From being trusted to take the car on an unaccompanied Test- drive right through to the painless Part Exchange negotiation. On a whole the process has been problem free.

We came on a wet Saturday with our six year old child. We were given a big umbrella and the chance to view and Test Drive a few cars, which then lead to us the car of our dreams.
