When I was interviewed by Vince Vas (the proprietor of Maid Time), I was pleasantly surprised by his professional yet courteous manner as well as his sense of responsibility and concern towards his employees. I say surprised, because I greatly appreciate such work ethic which is rare to find in this day and age - where companies are fast becoming more and more depersonalised. Therefore Vince's attitude is refreshing. He ensures that he personally introduces each of his maids to the clients at their residence, so that everyone is at ease as he recognises that opening your house to a stranger requires trust.
He has always gone out of his way to make sure that he pays me out of his pocket when the client has forgotten, as he recognises how tough circumstances can be in a city like London - I can safely say, it was wonderful to have worked with Maid Time as the timings were always flexible, the clients wonderful and decent, and Vince too has been a very thoughtful boss. All in all, I would highly recommend working for Maid Time or utilising their service. I am only leaving because I am moving out of the area.
