I have been renting my properties through Kilostate for many years now, and I also have a long and trusted relationship with the staff. So when I was faced with having to evict my tenant it was obvious to me to use the services of Kilostate rather than to hire a solicitor. Dal dealt with the necessary paper work and sent the section 21 to the tenant as is necessary. Unfortunately the council believed that the section 21 served was invalid.. Thereafter a hearing was set due to a judge believing that the section 21 was invalid. At the hearing Dal spoke on my behalf. At every step of the hearing the judge proved to be unnecessarily difficult and challenged every bit of evidence that Dal brought to defend the fact that the section 21 was valid and written up correctly. So adamant it was wrong the judge sent us away whilst she source more advice. On calling us back she stated that she was not going to grant the section 21 as the dates where wrong. At this point Dal was puzzled and asked to look at the dates again to which point she spotted the obvious fact which was that the judge had been looking at the wrong calendar. Dal was adamant that the notice was correct and proved this point at every step to the judge. The judge apologised and granted us the section 21. I am delighted with the outcome and I would always use the services of Kilostate because Dal was very thorough and professional.
