We have been using Gary for a lot of our Annual Landlord Gas Certificates and have now on his recommendation started putting in Carbon monoxide monitors as well. This is a great peace of mind knowing that our tenants are in good hands and are kept safe for another year.

Many thanks to Gary Robinson, for the work done on my friend’s flat. My friend lives out of the country but has a flat over here, which he lets out. The central heating wasn’t working, so I asked Gary to liaise with the owner and the tenant in order to resolve the problem. Gary did this and got the heating working again in no time. Both the owner and the tenant have both spoken to me about this and said how pleased they are with the work done and how pleasant and helpful Gary was to deal with. Gary from GR Robinson Property Services has just fitted a new boiler in one of my properties and not only was he very competitively priced, he fixed a range of other problems during the installation at no extra cost and as a result, the tenant is very very happy (as well as very warm now!).



Gary went above and beyond any other heating engineer I have used before and I would, and have, highly recommend Gary for all your heating needs.

Garry has just completed the installation of a new boiler in my house. Garry advised me o the Government scrappage scheme and ont he most suitable boiler for my use. He has done a great job, making sure that at all times the work on the system was completed to the highest standard and that I, as the customer was fully satisfied with the work.

There was no mess and we now have a beautifully warm house and look forward to the lower bolls promosed from the more economical boiler!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Garry to my friends and colleagues for any heating or plumbing work necessary.

Having decided to say good buy to British Gas last year for increasing our service plan cover for us having the cheek to actually use the service we were paying for, which I was inform negated my non call out discount!!

I decided to make arrangements with Gary to carry out an annual service and inspection on our central heating and hot water system.

Having asked the cost I was happy to proceed, Gary arrived at the prearrangemed time, which unlike BG where I had to be free from either 8 - 1pm or 1 - 6pm not knowing when the engineer may turn up.

Gary set to work on the service and did a thorough check of the whole system, and checking the efficiency of all the radiators before signing off the service, It was the most thorough service I have every seen carried out, with recommendation for reducing our heating costs.

I would not hesitate to recommend Gary to family or friends wanting an efficient cost effective service from a local trade's person.
