At Fushia we incorporate traditional classic favourites and original new dishes that apply eastern flavours with a western twist.
We pride ourselves in authentic classic Indian food from the length and breadth of India as well as fusion food like our Manchurian dishes which are indo-chinese dishes are specially created by our chefs. Acclaimed favourites include the Fushia special mixed grill, lamb karahi, butter chicken and Amritsari fish.
The first floor restaurant's sumptuous interior mixes chrome, black leather, wood and vibrant fuchsia lighting and the Grand Ballroom located on the second floor is draped in gold and ivory with a granite bar, oak flooring and full lighting and sound system.
