We recently enjoyed two family events at Farleigh and I just wanted you to know your staff were excellent, Sam who arranged and sort out both events and tailored to our needs perfectly. Another member of your team who really stood out was Jessika West, she was working alone on the bar however she always goes the extra mile in under pressure situations, they are a credit to Farleigh.

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you, I recieved your voicemail and kept meaning to call you back. We just wanted to say a massive Thank you for the organisation of our big day. Lindsey and Martin (we think thats his name) were absolutely incredible, the venue was perfect and Scott and I had the most magical day of our lives. We truly are so gratefuly to Farleigh for helping to make it so special, everthing was organised to perfection.
I have attatched some photographs from our photographer, I thought you may like to see how stunning your venue looks. We have loads so if you need any at a certain point feel free to call me such as the ceremony, the dinner or the evening. So many people complimented us on how stunning the day was and how everything ran so smoothly. I even think our recently engaged friends are interested for their big day :)

Many thanks for making last Friday so enjoyable. Please pass on our thanks to the marshalls, Charlie in the pro shop, Alex with the catering and the remainder of staff whom made the day a joy for us organisers. We will do feedback forms over the next couple of weeks, but the verbatim comments received were very favourable and you are already our front runner to host the 2014 event !

Just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of my whole year, the girls and myself for allowing us to use your facilities for our prom.
We had a really awesome night and we definitely couldn't have done it without your help.
Just two quick notes - a White HTC Wildfire S was lost so if it is found could you contact me. Also a Navy Blue Sonetti Hoodie/Jacket was possibly lost as well a set of HTC headphones.
If any of these are found could please contact me.

Thank you so much for all your help with the above ladies day, everything went really well and everyone enjoyed the food and the day (compliments to the chef). Mark and Jess also looked after us so well during the meal and the tables were very pretty. Our guests all gave very positive lovely comments and thought our club house was outstanding, only one negative the lack of security with our ladies changing rooms, and also that anyone could just walk in when ladies were showering and changing. We have asked Russell to look at this for us with the view of a key lock entry.
I left my scissors in the ladies toilets when I was arranging the flowers and wondered if you picked them up with the odd flowers I left there, I am on holiday until Sunday 16th June so if you have them please hang on to them for me or I may ask Janice to ask if anyone has them.

I just wanted to thank you guys for all your help and enthusiasm yesterday. I think everyone had a very enjoyable day, I know that I certainly did.
Can you please pass on my thanks to all the staff at Farleigh? They all worked so hard. Rob, Charlie and Liam were all a great help and the food and beverage staff worked their socks off. John and Nobby marshalled the course very well and went out if their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. I wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for looking after us so well yesterday. We have a very productive all day planning meeting.
We were keen to contribute something back so all of us ordered lunches from the bar and tea and drinks throughout the day.

As the management team from Croydon and Sutton Samaritans Branch we had a very productive all day planning meeting last weekend at Farleigh Golf Club. The staff there made us feel really welcome and kindly set us up with a meeting room that included a large flat screen TV for our presentations.
We were able to take a relaxing coffee and lunch break outside in between to keep our energy up. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the food was excellent at a reasonable price. It’s also a stunning venue.

Dear all,
My son and his fiancé were married at the Farliegh on Saturday 27th July.
I am finding it very difficult to put into words how wonderful ALL your staff have been from the day we booked your venue to the very last minute of the wedding day.
Our guests were made to feel welcomed and not herded around. The children were attended to making it easier on the parents. The bar staff couldn't do more. Everyone of them were very friendly and eager to help. They did not need to be asked if something needed doing they were on top of it straight away. There was a problem with the edging of the dance floor. I mentioned it and before I had returned to the room it had been dealt with.
Darren and Katie's little boy fell asleep and was put in the room where we had the ceremony, and although we had family members with him, your staff kept coming to check that he was ok.
The food was excellent and all the guests agreed that the presentation was great. Never having attended a wedding that included a BBQ I didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say it was presented like a full silver service meal.
Needless to say I would recommend your venue without any hesitation.
Thank you all again for making a very nerve racking day so much easier to cope with.

From the service of the bacon rolls when we arrived , the rolling lunch ,John the course Marshall coming out with an ice box full of drinks (which was great) and sorting out all the score cards with details of nearest the pins and longest drives ,to having the kitchen stay open for the meals in the evening. My friends held their wedding reception at Farleigh Golf Club. As the unofficial event co-ordinator I was involved in all stages of the planning. From our first viewing through to the end of the wedding day the team at Farleigh were and are amazing. A big thank you to Sam Donovan who hit the floor running having taken over from the previous Events Coordinator (Lauren). The takeover was seamless and she was invaluable and extremely patient with the amount of calls and emails that went between us. On the day the staff were excellent. A big thank you to Marc as anything I asked for was done promptly and with a smile. Another big thank you to Simon, who managed to save me from many a mini meltdown and who went far more than the extra mile in making sure that any kinks we had were smoothed out. I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to EVERYONE who wore a Farleigh uniform. Every member of staff that we encountered on the premises were helpful, friendly, polite, efficient... I could go on and on. All in all, we had a fantastic day hosted in an amazing venue and assisted by a fantastic staff team. Thank you all at Farleigh. I would recommend you and sing your praises to anyone willing to listen.

We attended the wedding of our daughter Laura & Sam on Sunday 11th August 2013. I simply cannot imagine we could have had a better day anywhere else. The staff were so very attentive and kind while being professional and efficient. The wedding ceremony was lovely and couldn't have been run any better. The meal was served quickly and discreetly and was universally well received by the guests. The evening was superbly run!
I would like to particularly mention the Manager, Mark and the supervisor, Lana (or Lina)? who made such an effort to make the day special.
I would be very happy to recommend Farleigh, unreservedly for such an important event as a wedding.

Thank you so much for a lovely, lovely day. We thought everything was wonderful. We loved the clubhouse, the course and the views, and the greens were superb. Your staff were so welcoming and charming and the tea was excellent. The weather was great and it was a significant bonus that the ditches were dry so we could bounce in and out of them! In short, we absolutely loved it and are hoping to make this an annual event. (Don't worry, though, we won't be anticipating such a generous arrangement in the future!) The only disappointment was that you didn't make it back - it would have been great to thank you in person. Maybe next time.

Everything went well yesterday (Wednesday) and I have been asked to pass on the Society’s thanks for the excellent way we were treated. Martin and I have now finally gotten back into our usual routine after the magic that was the wedding and our honeymoon.
We would like to say thank you so much for supporting the planning and coordinating of our wedding day. You were fantastic at understanding our needs (even better than us at times) and making feasible solutions that totally worked... All which came together with a big smile every time! It may just have been doing your job but taking over from Franky and having to start with us from scratch can't have been the easiest thing to do. By being so organised and going that extra mile made everything run so much smoother and we were confident that everything would go right on the day which it. Thank you xxx

We didn't know until after that there were so few staff working the entire club in comparison to the number of people at the event and you would never have know based on the quality of service and efficiency of everything. My personal wedding coordinator Sonia could not sing all of their praises loud enough and we are truly thankful that although I can imagine they were exhausted and had a mountain of things to do they did so with a smile... Especially our Dulwich Hamlet fan ( I cannot even remember his name!). They all did a fantastic job

I just wanted to acknowledge in writing our lovely experience in your restaurant yesterday. We were celebrating our parents 65th Wedding Anniversary and the waitress could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful. Special thanks to the chef too for producing a delightful personalised dessert for them. It all contributed to making our family party perfect!

Thank you for your voice mail earlier in the week. Sunday was a lovely occasion and everyone commented on how well it went. The blue and silver 30 decorations I brought coordinated with your Christmas decorations perfectly. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive and the food was delicious.
