Over the years, buying a new car has been an experience which I have come to dread. Trailing round car dealers and dealing with their less than helpful staff, has added to this feeling.

However, buying a car from Giles Bell has been an absolute pleasure. Once he had determined what we were looking for, he couldn't have done more to find us an appropriate car and bring it round for a test drive. I am writing to thank you for your endeavour in sourcing a car for my daughter, Lucy.

As you know, she had a particular make and model in mind along with the definite colour preferences for both the interior and exterior of the car.

Lucy was having no joy finding anything to meet her requirements or budget but you not only sourced the vehicle in a short space of time but delivered it to our door along with a huge bouquet of flowers.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to Giles from Drivebuy Car consultants. Mu current vehicle which was leased was due to go back in April. After speaking with Giles he set about trying to find me a van.

He investigated a number of different options for me, we looked at leasing and also buying on finance. In the end we went with the finance route and Giles did everything he could to put me in touch with a very good finance company. He also sourced the exact vehicle I was looking for within the budget and with the correct spec and mileage.

Giles was there very step of the way and even personally delivered the vehicle to me. He even delivered me a lovely bunch of flowers courtesy of our friendly local florist. First time i've ever been bought flowers and it was by a bloke!!

I would highly recommend Giles to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle of any type.

We went on holiday in August and during the time we were away, you collected our car, had some minor paint repairs sorted, had the car MOT'd and also valeted ready to sell. We received a text on holiday to tell us that you had sold the car for us and obtained a higher than expected price.

On our return we found a courtesy car sitting on our drive for us to use until the new car, which again you sourced for us, was available. On the delivery of the new car, you again demonstrated your personal service by organising a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Linda.

I love my car! This is the second vehicle I have purchaed from Giles and the Drive Buy team. Giles found a great Rav 4 for me a few years ago and I loved it so much I got the lasted version from him recently. It was delivered to me and he even too my old Rav 4 as part exchange. He can also give excellent finance advice and suggestions about the tax efficient and eco friendly cars. A really find is Giles!

Giles has worked with me for over 6 months as I made up my mind what car to choose. He arranged for me to have an afternoon with him, test driving a range of cars and giving me advice on the pros and cons of each manufacturer. I decided to choose a new model that wasn’t being produced until Feb 2006 and he accepted this with good grace and backed off until this year. Giles has procured the car I want with significant savings over my quote from an alternative supplier and could not have been more helpful or professional in the whole process.

The quality of the service Giles has provided has been excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
