Just wanted to express our appreciation of our accommodations at Credible Apartments! The flat was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The rooms were bright and spaciously designed. We loved the centralized location, within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. We could be right in London in less than 15 mins. The staff are approachable, very friendly and very helpful. This was our first time in England and after our 3 month stay at Credible Apartments we left with a very favorable and positive impression. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend Credible Apartments. Thanks for being a part of making our stay in the UK so pleasurable!

After a 2 month stay at Credible Apartments I would happily recommend them. The apartment I stayed in was really easy and comfortable to live in. It was well designed in terms of living space, well appointed and clean. The staff are fantastic.

the local hostleries are very friendly; the local restaurants serve superb food; and Victoria is only a hop away.

Just to say thank you for looking after me at CA for about 18 months, 2009-10.

By way of recommendation, my apartment offered just about everything I required - in the context of my 'home from home'. All appliances, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, etc., were good quality.

The television offered a good range of terrestrial and satellite programmes, including movies, but it was especially good for me to have Sky Sports 1 and 2. The powerful shower was great because I really need something like that to wake me up in the mornings! And on those occasions I needed some 'on-tap' exercise, it was so convenient to have a well equipped gym in the basement. Must also comment that the weekly cleaning, change of bedding, towels, etc. was invariably first class. I frequently bumped into the cleaning staff, who were always very friendly and happy to chat.

Nowadays I have and enjoy the luxury of commuting daily to work but must admit I do sometimes miss you and my apartment.

My month's stay was definitely "INcredible"!!. The suite was new, clean, comfortable, convenient and was ideal for my purposes. I particularly enjoyed the high speed internet connection and the radio - the TV gave me too much choice! The staff were friendly and helpful at all times - even for my 11:30 pm arrival! The local restaurants provide a good balance of quality and convenience. And easy travel to my work locations. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

You do provide the best service in town and the apartments are fab.

My husband, son and I stayed for five nights with Credible Apartments and it was fantastic. They provide the highest possible level of accommodation and service for anyone needing a ‘home away from home’ all in a great, central Croydon location close to train station (15 minutes to London) and town centre and at reasonable prices. Apartments are modern, fully-equipped and very clean. Every little detail has been carefully thought of, and nothing is missing. We loved it and cannot recommend it more highly. We’ll definitely be back when next in the Croydon area.

Sarah and I wanted to say what a fantastic apartment it was and thank you for managing to accommodate us at such short notice. The apartment was first class with everything we could have wanted and indeed needed, at our finger tips.

The convenience of the apartment in Croydon near to the railway station made our weekend in London a breeze.

I have been staying at the Credible Apartments 'on and off' since June this year, and have never felt so relaxed when away from home.
The apartments offer a fantastic alternative to hotels, and give you the flexibilty to chill or go out as you would at home.
The service from Larissa is exemplary and many companies should take heed of Credible's attitude to customers.
The apartments themselves are clean, modern and extremely well equipped - as someone else has stated, you can have friends for dinner without having to go and buy 'extras'
I simply cannot fault Credible and have recommended to colleagues and friends....if only there were similar options across the country

Here is a business that truly looks after its customers in every sense and which we cannot praise enough. As a family with children it was a daunting prospect to be displaced from home whilst insurance work was undertaken, but we really fell on our feet with Credible. From the start they anticipated & planned for our special requirements, offered genuine support and empathy without being obtrusive and provided superb accommodation facilities. The team are friendly and positive, the location ideal and nothing is too much trouble. After more than four months, we almost didn't want to go back home. Thank you all so much.
