After recently moving to the area and looking for a place to continue my spray tans and occasional manicures i stumbled across Charlotte's. I attended an open evening which was fantastic- i was made to feel very welcome, received a goody bag and a free mini manicure. After seeing the place i liked the feeling of privacy whilst maintaining friendliness (nothing worse than stripping down to your pants for a spray tan feeling like everyone is watching you). Each treatment is in a separate room and the staff are all really lovely. There's a real family run feel to it which relaxes you straight away. I joined the email updates too and on a regular (but not bombarding) basis am updated on new offers, new treatments and competitions. The online booking service is quick and easy and all details are kept on record. My boyfriend even bought me a voucher for here and they told him i had an appointment booked already.

This salon is in a perfect location it's easy to get to by any means of transport. The staff are friendly and when you return it's as though you have been a customer for years. I feel so comfortable in their hands and enjoy all the treatments on offer. I have recommended the salon to friends and family.

They are always very helpful and knowledgable. They are very friendly and welcoming which certainly you don't always expect in a beauty salon!
