Robina has been with us for some time now and is a treasured member of the team. She can be relied on to work proactively within her role and provides support to our Department.

Recently Robina has been offering support to additional teams and has played her part in reducing a backlog of correspondence that had built up over the Christmas period. I have also recently had Robina helping with a scanning project, which will eventually allow us to operate a paperless system. Robina is a diligent and hard working team member, she works well on her own and in a systematic way which is essential for this project.

As well as these skills she is a much loved member of the team, never forgets a birthday, always can be relied upon for chocolate at Easter and just a genuinely nice person.

It may be too early to speak.... but I wanted to commend Josh and the two Fionas for coming in to work in these very difficult weather conditions. They could not have been more committed if they were substantive staff. Fiona 1 has been a tower of strength these last two weeks whilst our regular director's PA has been away and this week we have been down to just the 2 of us in our team at times. Fiona 2 too has been the only one in her office manning the fort. Josh I think has been feeling poorly but has come back to work today. They are real troopers!

We set CJR a testing brief and not only did they attack it enthusiastically but kept us fully informed through-out their search. The panel interview process they co-ordinated was faultless and the quality of the final applicants was exceptionally high making the final choice quite a challenge. Its been a long time since I last worked for Catherine Johnstone, but I thought I would send a quick email to say thank you for giving me the job with Paul at Wates Construction on the building site in Banstead about 5 years ago. Paul Rosser and I actually got married on September 19th of this year. Thought I would send you a picture. Hope all is well.

I don’t know if you will be running your “Temp of the Year” but if so, I would like to nominate Sarah D.
Apart from her usual reliability and high standard of professional service that we all tend to take for granted, Sarah has made it into work in all the bad weather that we have had.
During the very heavy snow back in Feb 2009, Sarah walked into the office (about an hour) and kept our phone service going for our vulnerable client group and again during the snowy weather that we have been all struggling with in December and January 2010, Sarah has managed to walk in, sometimes being the only one of our Admin. team to make it in to the office.
This was real dedication on her part and it has been much appreciated.
