"14 days of Love" - update

The campaign is getting an awful lot of attention and it just goes to show that the local people of Crosby and the surrounding area do care about their local businesses as our survey showed.

The media have picked up on our survey and the Crosby & Litherland Champion have given the campaign some really good coverage on the front page and page 5 - have a look.  The local radio also picked up on the story and although the Echo appeared to use some of our statistics we didn't get a mention there - never mind!

The nice thing is that the people of Crosby have been giving the featured businesses on thebestofcrosby some great testimonials which then allows anyone need the services of a Builder, Printer, Accountant or a great Restaurant to judge how good the business is before giving them a call.  Thats how we are different from listing sites were the decision to use a company is purely hit and miss rather than making an informed decision.

The other great thing is that people are also going on site and recommending businesses to us that deserve some recognition.  Some of the businesses recommended to us that do not feature are,  Moose Coffee,  Gillions, Alternative Gas, Hearts, The Lemon Tree, La Parrilla Mexican restaurant,  Jeff Hird Plastering, Creative Touch, Unique Hair Design and The Procter Dance Academy.  So keep them coming so that we can showcase a few businesses that aren't featured by us.

AND thanks to everyione for their participation.

Remember every testimonial and Recommend (Share the Love) gets a chance to go into the daily draw for those great prizes.  Unfortunately I can't enter - I would love to drive that Ferrari 360 on the Track Day.
