THIS year’s Christmas pantomime at the Lyceum Theatre in Crewe is Snow White, produced by Imagine Theatre.

Friday 2nd December - Sat 31st December 2011

 

Imagine Theatre returns to Crewe Lyceum during its Centenary to present a brand new production of the classic fairy tale Snow White.

 

In case you have forgotten…

the Magic Mirror declares that Snow White is indeed the fairest girl in all the land and Prince Rupert offers her his hand in marriage. This news sends the Wicked Queen into a jealous rage and dispatches her henchmen to take Snow White into the enchanted forest and ensure she never returns! Will he carry out this dastardly deed? Will the Dame and the Jester uncover this treacherous plot? And what about those seven little people who live in a tiny cottage in the enchanted forest?

 

 

The cast includes Jennifer Jayne Stone, who makes her professional panto debut in the leading role of Snow White.

Ste Johnson will play Will the Jester in what is his third panto with Imagine.

The cast also includes Mark Siney as Dame Bree Brightshine, David Witts as the Prince, Howard Gossington as Sir Richard Darling and Tania Foley as Queen Evilyn.

Children’s TV star Justin Fletcher (Mr Tumble) will play The Magic Mirror in a pre-recorded video projection.

 

Imagine Theatre is a pantomime and theatre Production Company and one the country’s biggest panto hirers, with 32 complete sets and 6,000 costumes.
