We have grown into a thriving community support system providing a wide range of health related services and activities to local people and is highly valued by health and social care professionals working with patients and clients living in the area.
We offer day care services at several locations in the area including St. Stephen's, Crewe. Dennis Round Court, Alsager. Manor Court, Nantwich. Hardwicke Court, Crewe. St. Mary's Church Hall, Middlewich, and Grosvenor Court, Crewe. Included in the service is transport, a hot meal for lunch, and various activities like photography, art, computers, flower arranging and many more. For more information please see our website.
One new area of activity is the development of a community cafe situated in the Eagle Bridge Health and Well Being Centre.We provide healthy-living food service for patients, staff and casual visitors and also cookery demonstrations, weight management workshops, and volunteering and employment opportunities.
The Cafe also provides a catering service for meetings and events, both at Eagle Bridge and at offsite locations.
We also help people who like their independence by offering regular hot meals delivered to their own home, we can also help out with a laundry service and a shopping service.
We are always looking for people of all ages and abilities who are willing to spare some free time to help our work in the community. We are especially looking for volunteers to work part-time in the Community Café, in the Community I.T. Information Centre and in the Advice & Signposting Service at the Eagle Bridge Health & Wellbeing Centre. To contact us please email us here.
