We are very impressed with the service level, competence and competitive rates provided by Owness Solutions. A diagnosis of the problem was provided on the same day as we called and then a PC health check and memory upgrade followed promptly. The technician was very friendly and helpful and solved a lot of other small teething problems on the spot. A frequent update of the progress of the repair was also given, so there was never a need to chase up for information. The PC was picked up and delivered back to our door within 24 hours. In summary I would highly recommend Owness Solutions for your PC support needs."

We have been using Owness Solutions since September 2010 when we made the decision to no longer buy into the county ICT support. The level of service from Gary has been outstanding. He is knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and reliable and extremely thorough and professional in everything he does. One of our main problems had been the lack of communication from our previous IT technician. Gary always finds time to talk to staff about the problem and how he has resolved it, therefore building a high level of trust and confidence in his work. He has been extremely helpful in sourcing products and has saved us time and money with installation projects. A quick call to Owness Solutions was the answer when my PC crashed. It happened on the eve of changing Broadband provider and I had work outstanding that needed to complete quickly.
Gary was able to diagnose and rectify the hardware, software and operating system issues and I was up and running again in no time. The outcome is that I now have a faster, better performing PC and the knowledge that I could see what was been done due to the excellent on site service

Just wanted to thank you for your help in setting up the laptop/broadband. I am extremely pleased with the laptop, seems very sturdy etc., yet user friendly. I definitely would not have had the patience to tackle going on line if I had bought it from a high street store and had to set it up by myself. You took all the hassle out of this new venture. Early this year part of our network developed some kind of system problem. Although our organisation does not depend on IT in order for us to function, without IT our flight department would be seriously impaired.
