My son was cared for on the unit but the facilities need updating. There is little space and the appeal is going to help a bigger, improved unit, which will be fantastic. Please help this appeal!

How would you feel if there was no neo natal facility at Leighton Hospital and you and baby would have to travel miles to the nearest unit.One of my babies was in the unit in the 70,s and space wise the unit has not altered.New guidelines are needing to be met all the time and in my opinion it is vital that our local hospital has as many up to date things as we can provide. You never know if and when you are going to need this care for your baby. The care they receive by the staff at the moment is dedicated and brilliant but we need extra room. This is your hospital, please do all you can to help it.
