Calling all Aspiring Entrepeneurs
With its hugely successful debut year last year, the Young Start-up Talent business competition has been launched once again.
Aimed at 16-21 year old aspiring entrepreneurs, the competition gives entrants the chance to win a prize of business services worth over £50,000 for their idea for a start-up business.
Entries must initially be in the form of a three-minute video added to the Young Start-up Talent site, outlining what the business proposal is, how it will work, and how it will make money.
The competition is open to anyone aged 16-21 who lives, works, or studies within the Gatwick Diamond area. The winner will be decided by a panel of judges and the sponsors, who include multinational companies as well as local enterprises.
This year’s competition has over thirty sponsors, helping to create an even more impressive grand prize.
This will include marketing material and business mentoring provided by Creative Pod Ltd, one year of printing from Gatwick Press, virtual offices at Basepoint Business Centre, and much more.
