An excellent example of a local business responding to local demand is Sue Carter at The Flower Terrace.

A former 'Top Floristry Student' at Plumpton College, Sue has impeccable credentials among florists in Crawley. Operating out of her shop, The Flower Terrace, in Debenhams in Crawley's County Mall, Sue's bouquets, arrangements and floral displays are of the highest quality in design, construction and flower content.

Recognising the local demand from Asian brides-to-be for wedding flowers and the lack of specialist expertise available in the Crawley area, Sue came up with the idea of serving this market with a new service. She undertook training in the techniques required for the traditional hand sewn fresh flower garlands and venue decorations that form part of most Asian weddings.

Using traditional techniques she can create hair and wrist garlands, together with table arrangements, balloon arches and mandaps for Asian-theme ceremonies. Her Asian wedding service will provide all the floral decoration required for Sikh, Muslim or Hindu weddings.

For further information give Sue a call on 01293 608163 or drop into her shop in Debenhams in County Mall.

Hi there. Welcome to my blog. I run a fascinating and popular business called thebestof Crawley. When I am not working with great local businesses who have been recommended to us I enjoy family life and am also very keen on golf, racketball and cars.

Its good to hear about a local florist doing great work. I run a florist myself and try and provide the same level of care for each and every client. http://www.theposypad.co.uk report abuse...
