Proposals is a beautiful place to find your beautiful wedding dress. Not only is the medieval building a lovely setting, Karen and her team are friendly, relaxed and professional. I always felt welcomed and that I could take as much time as I needed to try dresses and different accessories, walk around and enjoy the moment. The fit of my dress with Karen's adjustments is perfect, now I'm just looking forward to wearing it on my big day!

Definetly the best bridal shop, I had my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, veil and tiara from Karen and she was absolutely fantastic! She helped out and added her touches to things, nothing was too much trouble for her, she is very hardworking and I recommend her to everyone I know getting married. Everyone that works at proposals make you feel comfortable and are in no way pushy. Would defiently say they are the best and I did go to quite a few bridal shops lol =)

I had visited a few bridal gown shops, and Proposals was by far the best. From the moment you walked in you weren't made to feel rushed, they took time to understand what you were looking for, and didn't mind when you wanted to try the same dress on 5 times! Always smiling and easy to talk to, Karen, Paige and Roisin were a pleasure to be with and I genuinely look forward to seeing them again when my dress arrives! The shop itself is lovely, with all the original features, and inviting interior. You can see they have pride in their job and enjoy what they do, and this reflects in their customer service.
They definitely deserve their place in being a well recognised business in Coventry!

As every bride, I was looking for something just right for me. Karen and her team were the only ones who took the time to properly listen to what I liked and more importantly disliked, coming up with the most beautiful dress and the little additonal touches that Karen has designed raise it to to a different level. I can't praise them enough.

Proposals, Coventry - I just wanted to say thank you so much for making me feel welcome. I had some so-so experience at another bridal shop not too far away, so I was abit apprehensive, but no need! Roisin was so friendly and attentive. she couldn't do enough for me, even when I just dropped in early the second time to try on my dress again. I will definitely be ordering my Sophia Tolli from Proposals when payday comes! They are also running a sale at the mo, which puts them head and shoulders above the rest. Top marks, ladies!

I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for all your wonderful advice and help with finding such a wonderful wedding dress for me! Thank you for letting me spend so much time over getting it just right in the shop. It fitted perfectly and was extremely comfortable all day (apart from the need for a re-application of vaseline halfway through when it got a bit scratchy!) and of course, it was great fun to wear! "My wedding dress shoppping experience at Proposals was absolutely wonderful. The dress selection is stunning and Karen is so friendly and helpful. She was amazingly attentive and imparted invaluable, honest advice about the individual designers, dress styles, colours and accessories (even fantastic advice about wedding hair). Karen dealt with any queries that I had extremely promptly by phone and email and her service has a really personal touch. The fact that the dress I chose came in almost £300 cheaper at Proposals than anywhere else I was quoted was just the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend any bride-to-be to give Karen at Proposals a visit. You will not be disappointed!"

I love everything about Proposals, the staff are amazing and have exceeded my expectations from the start. This shop did not sell the dress that I wanted but they helped me track down where I could try it on and I have just ordered it through Proposals. The staff are warm, friendly and honest and have really put me at ease. The staff at proposals are not about pressure selling and have guided me gently along the way......... and believe me I've met some horrid sales staff!!! I would definately recommend Proposals, in my view this is the best wedding dress shop in Coventry and the surrounding area. It's not just a business, the staff feel more like your friends and make you so welcome, Proposals are true professionals.

When I came in to find my wedding dress Karen new exactly what would suit me. They have made me feel very special and provided a wonderful service, right from trying on my dress the first time until I picked it up for my wedding. Helpful every step of the way.

Karen, Kay and Viv I have to say are the best! I bought my dresses from Proposals and they gave a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Normally the dress is the most stressful experience, but not if you go to Proposals. I had a special dance to perform at my reception and needed a second dress as my main one was too heavy to dance in, and Karen sorted one out at short notice and produced a dress of equal beauty. Special thank you to Viv who was my lady in waiting on hand to help me into my dresses on the day - a service I would recommend to all brides as the dresses, although beautiful, were not that easy to get in to! Big thank you all for making my experience special.
