When i needed a wedding dress there was only one shop that i needed to go to Proposals looked after me patiently i only spent 2 hours in the shop and choose the Dress of my dreams.
I have shopped at Proposals Coventry many times for (ball gowns not wedding dresses i must add). They offer fantastic service and unique designs. When my son decided to get married this year there was only one place to take his fiancee for her wedding gown: Proposals. Karen and her team didnt let us down and after a couple of hours she had chosen her dream dress. We didnt have to trek round shop after shop, very rare for a wedding dress.
The second I walked into Proposals I was warmly welcomed even though I didn't have an appointment. My sister had been in previously and was very impressed with their dresses. I found a dress that I really liked. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the dress for me. Karen was happy to let me try different veils with different tiara's and gave myself and my family time to choose our favourite one. Karen did the measurements for the alterations then and there. Six days later I was in for my second fitting, the body had been adjusted perfectly and now I had my shoes she did the measurements for the length. My third and final fitting was only 8 days after my first. The dress was perfect. Karen was amazingly helpful, she made me feel so comfortable in the store and at no time felt rushed to make a decision like I had in other stores. I highly recommend Proposals to anyone after great service and amazing dresses.
What can I say about proposals Bridal Gowns and Karen absolutely fantastic service, had many concerns ordering online but had nothing to worry about what so ever, better customer service than some shops I’ve attended. No questions too much, only wish every bridal store was run with this integrity. Don’t be afraid to buy online from Proposals or Karen if it states the dress is excellent it truly is my dream dress arrived today and was immaculate x
Incredible service - after months of searching for my Sophia Tolli gown and having a wedding abroad I couldnt justify spending £1400 for a few hours as we got married in the evening- I searched the internet and came across my Sophia Tolli Cloris dress at Proposals Bridal Gowns in Coventry - Karen was amazing, she checked the dress was ok and reassured me that even without seeing it myself it was as good as new- I paid over the phone taking a huge risk but what a good risk it was - my dress arrived packaged well and it was in perfect condition and I couldn't have asked for more. I put all my trust in Proposals and they delivered!! I will certainly recommend anyone to buy dress from Proposals they certainly know what they are doing and are not pushy like most bridal shops! thanks for supplying me with my dream dress! I just want to thank you for all your help with my dress. I truly felt like a beautiful bride on the wedding day. All my guests commented on how perfectly the dress fitted me and I still love how it suited my height and shape. We had a wonderful time choosing wedding dresses in this shop after having a disastrous experience in the shop previously! Karen and Dawn were absolutely fantastic, especially Dawn, who made my experience wonderful. She took the time to tell me that she would make it an amazing time for me and really put me at my ease. It was like having a friend with me every step of the way, and she said she wanted to get the perfect dress for me, and she did! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough, and the prices were so unbelievably low! They even promised to make bridesmaids dresses for me and I only have 6 weeks to go!!! I honestly cant tell you how fantastic the ladies are in this shop! Karen is so wonderful, she has altered my dress to perfection! I could not be happier. Good shops are hard to find, and good bridal shops are definitely hard to find, so when your buying your wedding dress please look no further than proposals! If your going to spend a decent amount of money on a wedding dress you expect fabulous customer service and these ladies do not disappoint. Proposals is a beautiful place to find your beautiful wedding dress. Not only is the medieval building a lovely setting, Karen and her team are friendly, relaxed and professional. I always felt welcomed and that I could take as much time as I needed to try dresses and different accessories, walk around and enjoy the moment. The fit of my dress with Karen's adjustments is perfect, now I'm just looking forward to wearing it on my big day!

The wide choice of bridal gowns available are of a high quality. The layout of the beautiful medieval shop makes it easy and a pleasurable experience in picking out your dress. The owner (Karen) is so helpful and friendly and always greets me with a hug when doing my dress fittings. Nothing was too much trouble for her! She gave me honest and practical advice about bridal dresses I tried on. The prices of the dresses were a pleasant surprise considering the designers on offer! I would highly recommend Proposals Bridal Shop to any brides looking for an enjoyable experience when searching for 'The' dress, who are looking for a quality product at a very reasonable price.

Definetly the best bridal shop, I had my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, veil and tiara from Karen and she was absolutely fantastic! She helped out and added her touches to things, nothing was too much trouble for her, she is very hardworking and I recommend her to everyone I know getting married. Everyone that works at proposals make you feel comfortable and are in no way pushy. Would defiently say they are the best and I did go to quite a few bridal shops lol =)

A bridal gown shop....come on,it doesn't get much more romantic, does it??!! Karen and her team rock! I had visited a few bridal gown shops, and Proposals was by far the best. From the moment you walked in you weren't made to feel rushed, they took time to understand what you were looking for, and didn't mind when you wanted to try the same dress on 5 times! Always smiling and easy to talk to, Karen, Paige and Roisin were a pleasure to be with and I genuinely look forward to seeing them again when my dress arrives! The shop itself is lovely, with all the original features, and inviting interior. You can see they have pride in their job and enjoy what they do, and this reflects in their customer service. Wonderful customer service, they really know how to take care of the whole bridal party. As every bride, I was looking for something just right for me. Karen and her team were the only ones who took the time to properly listen to what I liked and more importantly disliked, coming up with the most beautiful dress and the little additonal touches that Karen has designed raise it to to a different level. I can't praise them enough.

Proposals, Coventry - I just wanted to say thank you so much for making me feel welcome. I had some so-so experience at another bridal shop not too far away, so I was abit apprehensive, but no need! Roisin was so friendly and attentive. she couldn't do enough for me, even when I just dropped in early the second time to try on my dress again. I will definitely be ordering my Sophia Tolli from Proposals when payday comes! They are also running a sale at the mo, which puts them head and shoulders above the rest. Top marks, ladies!
