I would just like to say that if you want someone who is reliable, efficient, friendly and will go out of his way to help, then Gerry is the man. He has helped me so much over the past year with not only alarm installations but other stuff when my husband was ill in hospital, and all out of the goodness of his heart. He is honest, discrete and very pleasant especially when in my shop and around my customers. Just over a year ago Jerry was recommended to me to fit an alarm, I didn't know him at all, but he has now become a good friend and I would highly recommend him for any work that you need doing. You certainly won't go wrong by asking him to do work for you.

The level of service was second to none and great value for money, after calling 6 other alarm companies (who could not attend that day) I called JP CCTV Coventry. They came out on time fixed the problem, gave advice on the system. I was so impressed I asked them to sort our buisiness alarms too. I strongly recommed these guys and wish other companys in all sectors ran their companies as well as this. They even went the extra mile and printed off an instruction manual for us.

Burglar alarm just stopped working. Required a replacement panel (sourced via ebay) and a new keypad to fix, thus took a while to diagnose and sort. I paid a fair price for the bits but all the many hours of work / labour was covered by my (very reasonable) annual maintenence contract. Look no further if you want a friendly, no nonsense, competent engineer - P.S. he's a nice guy as well

Following a move to a new house, we were very surprised to find that the house alarm had not been used for four years. After tracking down an alarm user manual and trying to change the codes (but in-fact wiping out the engineers code!) we called in JP CCTV.True to his work, Gerry arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly found the route of our problem. An old battery needed replacing from a unit we had no idea was associated and some sensors needed re-associating. After installing a new battery, Gerry very patiently waited whilst we mapped our sensors, changed the code to one we would remember and even talked us through how to set just some of the sensors. Following a further discussion about pets, Gerry mentioned how pet sensors can easily and cost effectively installed in the future and other slight adjustments that may be beneficial to us within our home. Needless to say, since JP CCTV visited out new home, we have had enormous piece of mind knowing the house is safe!

The Best, 5 hearts, this man spent ages on the phone to help me activate my alarm, all other companies only had voice mail he answered his Mobile Phone nd guided me through every thing to get my alarm working and, he also didn't charge me for his advice, I met this company on facebook and added them as a freind, since then many people have made good comments about this company, I Believe this to be a good company and give my vote.

Had a meeting with Gerry regarding 48 flats in Sutton Coldfield, our current supplier was failing us miserably to repair the intercom systems, Gerry came recommended to us through a friend and I must say he has got us out of a huge hole with the intercoms on these flats, his knowledge is outstanding and we will have no hesitation in using him again. Gerry and I work in the same field (security) However we are some 200 miles apart. Whenever I have needed backup and support Gerry is the first port of call due to his detailed knowledge and approachable manner. Just a phone call away from great advice, product information and he has become a good friend. I briefly carried out some work with Gerry and found his workmanship was clean, effective and his customers are always happy to recommend him. Gerry also takes part in charity and getting to know other businesses; which he also refers work to. He has a great personality online in the social media field helping businesses and people to connect and synergise.
