All methods and presentation through the course was shown very clearly and repeated if needed. Our instructor’s knowledge was good and she answered any questions clearly. She was really friendly and approachable. I found the video instruction very good as it helped show you the speed at which you need to work. I think what I have learned will not only help me if I need it at Brownies but also in general.

Becki and Hannah had excellent first aid knowledge and made the course very interesting and satisfactory. The course was very well organised with good video instruction as well as hands on practice with dummies. I feel full of confidence that I would be able to go into an emergency and be of good use.

The instructor’s teaching methods were very clear and precise with a friendly approach and attitude and was able to answer all questions asked. The videos and visual aids used were good and re-inforced the teaching, and I felt the group all understood what we were being taught and I felt everything we had been shown was achievable.
