The gentleman I originally phoned was very pleasant and made it easy to arrange a mutually convenient time.

I was informed how long it would be likely to take, how much it would cost and how I should prepare the room beforehand.

On the day the gentleman was punctual, completed the job quickly with no mess or fuss.

The carpet looked absolutely great afterwards, I could move the furniture back after an hour and it was almost completely dry then too.

I would highly recommend Absorb to clean any house carpet.
