JIMMY CARR has been announced as the latest big name comedian to perform in Corby.
The Core Theatre at Corby Cube has revealed that the stand-up comic, who hosts panel show 8 Out of 10 Cats, will be taking to the stage with new material for his upcoming Gagging Order tour in a warm up gig at the theatre.
Jimmy Carr is one of the highest profile comedians in the country at the moment, and will be performing at the Cube before tour, so Corby residents will be among the first to see his new material.
Tickets for a show by Northampton comedian Alan Carr, who performed at the Core in March 2010, sold out within three hours of going on sale.
