Although I moved away from the area 18 years ago, I come back frequently to visit family and friends and my children love visiting Rutland Water. We take the bikes and a picnic and itʼs a great day out. Iʼd recommend a boat trip on the Rutland Belle - really makes you appreciate the beauty of the area and the sheer size of the reservoir.
