The AGM Telematics 'Interlink' system has given us the ability to react to callouts more effectively as we can now send the nearest available vehicle to a job. This not only meets our clients' needs but helps to reduce our fuel bill and more importantly our carbon footprint.

We feel that we are doing something positive with respect to our responsibility for the safety of our workforce, other road users and the environment.

We use the information from the system, if need be, to back-up to our timesheets. They resolve issues such as confirming on-site times with customers, out of hours driving or clarifying instances when the driver has arrived but had to wait for access.

The efficient use of our vehicles means we can get more out of each day.

We Now Have A Vehicle Tracking System To Be Proud Of:

Having had a tracking system before, we became increasingly frustrated with both the service and cost of the existing provision. Many months ago we decided to review the telematics market for alternative options, paying particular attention to the crucial issues of price, capability and level of service provided. Our main criteria were to be able to track our trailers as well as our vehicles. Following research into a few separate tracking systems, we confidently chose Interlink from AGM telematics.

Although not the cheapest option in the marketplace, the system is competitively-priced and offers the ideal combination of good value for money and exact fit to our fleet requirements. It does everything we need it to do - with no complicated, unnecessary frills – although the software is feature rich.

Working alongside AGM to tweak the system to our requirements we now have a tracking system to be proud of, and the initial purchase cost has been a very good investment. I would be pleased to recommend this system to anyone.
