With the summer holidays just around the corner youngsters needn’t worry about being bored - there are loads of activities for everyone.
From Monday 25th July throughout the summer holidays, Lodge Park Sports Centre, Shetland Way is running its Summer Holiday Activity and Sports Camp for 8-14 year olds, with something to suit everyone.
Everyday the Play Team will be assisting in playing games, building dens, smoothie making and parachute games. And if sport is more your thing, the afternoon will certainly be something to look forward too when the Sports Development Team get involved for activities such as Dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Football, Cheerleading, Archery, and Trampolining.
The events run every day from 8.45am- 4pm but parents who work will have the opportunity to pick their child up at the later time of 5pm. The prices for the week are as follows:
- £14 per day or All 5 Days £65.00 (8.45-4pm) (The week commencing the 31st August will be a 4 day week at £56 for the 4 days.)
- £7.50pm am/pm Half Days (8.45am-12.15pm or 12.45-4pm)
- £2 for the extra hour (4-5pm)
