Dan arrived exactly as promised. Cleaned all the carpets in the house whilst we were actually away on business. Having two young children and a lightly coloured carpet, I was going to have my carpets replaced, even though they were only two years old. Imagine forgetting to remove the stamen from from a bunch of lilies! Now imagine the horror of seeing the orange dust on a brand new cream carpet!! There was only one person for the job - Dan. He took it all in his stride, just smiled and said he would do his best. He certainly did his best, he worked a miracle. The stain disappeared completely. Amazing is not a strong enough word. Dan, I canʼt thank you enough.
