The place is very welcoming and the staffs are friendly and like to talk to you. The classes are great fun and the place is always clean and well equipped.

I love the choise of classes and different course to sign up for like the "Boot camp" where you sign up for 6wks and they record your progress and weight loss. Its friendly and a fun place to hang out.

Monthy membership is reasonable compared to others in area, classes are always fun and enjoyable, zara always keeps upto date with all the latest crazes so you know you'll be the first to give them a whirl. I am always quite happy to go to a class on my own as all the girls and odd fella all mingle in together, there's always a nice atmosphere in break p'spin.

I have great fun in all of zara's classes. Would recommend the classes and the bootcamp!!

Loving the classes, my boyfriend is loving my new figure(thanks girls)..recently done a bootcamp with amazing results physically and mentally didn't think i could do it but had huge support from the staff.
Encourage anyone to get down to the studio and book into a class.

Zara is the best motivator in the world!! Great place to cure you if you are feeling down! Variety of classes is unique to the area and to most of the UK. No one deserves it more and will be forever grateful for her classes and to her as an instructor. Love you Zara. xxxx

Zara is so helpful and always makes an effort to speak to all the parents. My daughter has had a birthday party there and her friends and their parents all said how good the party was and that the dance instructor was brilliant.
I choose to take my daughter to this dance school because there is no exams and all the staff are really friendly.

First you notice how friendly everyone is, not just staff or students but both - and increadibly welcoming. Then you notice how skilled and experienced the staff are - putting their message across very positively so students are happy to go well beyond what they thought they could do (even when it hurts). Way after that you notice the care and attention paid to supporting students (especially in the bootcamp!)which makes being there so much more fun. The variety of dance and exercise classes is amazing - not just one or two but lots of different ways to get fit and loose weight while having a load of fun. Naturally we students don't notice how well the business is run - but it must be to coordinate the range of activities and trainers to meet the needs and expectations of clients (ages from pre-school to late 80s!)This is a great busines and well worth getting enthusiastic about!

zara is an amazing teacher who is very friendly. she has motivated me to go quite far with my pole dancing lessons. she is extremly patient and is extremly dedicated to her work.

It is the best dance studio in the area, with such a variety of courses. The pole dancing is my favourite dance class!

I absolutely love this dance studio. I love, love, love the variety of classes. It is nice and friendly and has everything there you can possible need, even water with lemons for you to drink while you are working out.

Break n Spin dance studio has some fantastic fitness classes, the staff are always friendly and I always get a warm welcome. The facilities are great, even having GHD Straightners! And there is always a good laugh to be had.

Very varied class and instructors which make the hard work of exercise lots of fun! Good facilities and they are often organizing outside events and trips. Really enthusiastic.

From the moment you walk into the studio, you get the atmosphere of friendliness, and its very cheering. The work out is carried out in a professional way, and you're just made to feel special. I would certainly recommend it for any age. It’s a pleasure to go there, and that’s coming from someone who has never been a big fan of 'keep fit.' Bravo Break 'n' Spin!

The staffs are very friendly, supportive and professional. Their many different range classes make it great for people with different needs to participate. They have all the equipment needed and more. And the studio is always clean, tidy and fashionable.

I became a member of breaknspin almost 12 months ago after attending a couple of health clubs previously. The atmosphere is great and all the classes are designed to suit members of different age groups. Each class has very capable instructors and the owners are welcoming to anyone wishing to become members,either on a short (monthly) or annual basis. Why not see if I an right?

Unlike the previous 2 reviews I have not joined a pole dancing class at breaknspin. I have however attended some other fitnesses classes there. The instructors are all very helpful and friendly and work with the level you are at - showign you how to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your fitness level- so even at my first class I did not feel awkward even though some of the others were fitter, slimmer people. Zara, the owner, is very friendly and approachable. It is a nice studio and I can highly recommend this place.

I have recently joined a pole dancing class for beginners at Break ‘n’ Spin Dance Studio. The class is both excellent fun and great exercise, taught by a friendly, enthusiastic and professional teacher who is able to ensure that the class gives you a great workout whilst learning new skills in a relaxed atmosphere. The studio is still undergoing the final stages of refurbishment but it is clear to see that the final result will be a splendid Dance Studio with top class facilities. New classes will be introduced in the near future and I would recommend to anyone who enjoys fitness and likes to try something new to contact Break ‘n’ Spin Dance Studio – I would highly recommend the pole dancing, it’s great fun!
