 Break 'n' Spin Dance and Fitness is a studio for all types of fitness and dance.

Located in Llandudno, near Colwyn Bay, the classes range from five year old children up to super seniors.

The studio has now just started its 4^th year of trading and is owned and run by Zara Groves. Zara Groves has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked all over the world.

The studio also runs very successful Children's Parties which are Dance Parties, Princess and Pirates parties and Photo Shoot Parties.

It also runs 4 week Bootcamps which always have amazing results. Every single person that has taken part has lost lots of body fat!
