Enjoy eight transformative workshops for mind, body and soul in a serene lakeside setting just over an hour by train from London. The weekend offers a rare opportunity to experience a myriad of wellbeing practices from meditation and managing physical and mental health issues to gentle yoga and kitchen pharmacy. In addition there will be nourishing vegetarian meals from the retreat gardens, a fire circle, drumming and more. 

Key Features:

  • Mindfulness Exploration: Participants will have the opportunity to explore their own mindfulness practice through a variety of modalities. 

  • Life-Changing Modalities: Experience deep and transformative practices such as Kyria Yoga, an ancient breathing technique, as well as meditation techniques inspired by Silva and Dr. Joe Dispenza's studies. Michele Claiborne will also guide participants through her own mindfulness and unique Super Seeing exercises.

  • Diverse Modalities: The retreat offers a rich array of experiences including drumming healing workshops Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping energy work gentle yoga and mindfulness walking in the picturesque countryside of St Osyth.

  • Nutrition and Wellness: Delve into the importance of nutrition with insights into how every day condiments can impact our health and increase longevity. All meals provided during the retreat are plant-based plus local free range eggs sourced from the retreat's gardens or local producers.
  • Experienced Facilitators
  • Michele Claiborne with over 30 years' experience in teaching mindfulness brings a wealth of knowledge as a qualified international natural healer. Participants will benefit from her diverse background and extensive studies. 
  • Amanda Statham is travel editor of Women's Health magazine runs retreats abroad and is a qualified yoga teacher who will be leading two gentle classes designed to open the heart and reconnect with yourself and nature. 

 

Relaxation and Recreation: Unwind in a wood-fired hot tub, star-gaze or kayak on the lake. This retreat provides a perfect balance of relaxation and meaningful activities.

  • Group Size: To ensure an intimate and personalised experience the group size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. 
  • Accommodation and Comfort: Pitch your own tent for free or enjoy a simple yeta comfortable stay in one of our tee-pee-style tents. Lee Wick Farm cottages and glamping are close by, or treat yourself to a luxurious stay at the historic Priory.

Investment:

  • Includes nine workshops @ £25 each, vegetarian Saturday lunch and evening meal, Sunday breakfast and lunch, large array of teas and coffee with alternative milks and snacks, use of hot tub, bonfire and kayaks: £225.
  • FREE accommodation if pitching your own tent.
  • We have five teepee-style tents available for hire at £20 or treat yourself to some luxury at the historic Priory nearby, or pods or glamping five minutes' drive away at Lee Wick Farm. 

Itinerary

SATURDAY

10am: Unwind with a herbal tea and get acquainted with your fellow participants while Michele runs through how to make the most of your retreat and the principle importance of mindfulness meditation and movement.

10.30: Kryia Breathing and other breathwork techniques. 

11.30: Go on an inward journey with a visual meditation which is inspired by Joe Dispensa.

12.30: Gentle yoga.

1.30: Lunch 

Enjoy a nutritious, locally-grown salad with mixed seeds and nuts (please inform us if you have any nut) healthy avocado dressing sprouted bread with homemade houmous and rocket/basil pesto.

3 pm: Walking mindfulness practice.

4pm: Tea break

4.30: Emotional Freedom Technique workshop.

5.30: Visual meditation inspired by the Silva technique. 

6.30: Dinner

8pm: Recreational optional activities.…hot tub evening kayak fire circle.

10pm: Going to sleep meditation provided. 

SUNDAY 

8am: Optional Sunrise Yoga or kayak.

9am: Breakfast

10am: Drumming Journey - release your past create your future.

11am: Tea break

11.30: Super Seeing workshop - breaking our limiting beliefs.

12.30: Kitchen Pharmacy. 

1.30: Lunch

2.30: Conclusion of all practices ending with a farewell circle.

3.30: End of Retreat.
