I work on my own and tend to be busy all day with appointments. In the past, this meant that I used to have to let an answering machine pick up messages from new or existing clients looking to make an appointment. In many cases, by the time I had been able to call them back, the new clients had found an alternative chiropractor to visit. I had heard of MyRuby and some of my business clients had already taken them on board and said they have proved a very valuable member of the team. Within five minutes of setting up the service, I was receiving texts from “Ruby” with patients’ details. When my diary is booked all day I am able to tell MyRuby that I will not be able to make calls until the end of the day. This allows them to give clients an accurate time when I will be able to call them back, which ultimately provides a far more personal service for them. In fact, “Ruby” acts so much like an extension of my business that clients expect to see her when they come in for their appointment!

We have been using MyRuby since December 2007 and we are delighted with the service that they offer. We all know how important it is to ensure that phone calls are answered quickly and efficiently and that the majority of small businesses cannot afford a full time receptionist so it is extremely comforting to know that all your calls are being answered professionally when you are unable to man the phones yourself.
