Boydens have a reputation for finding reasons not to return deposits. I recently helped a friend move out of his rental, they left it in excellent condition and had already had professionals in to touch up minor issues. But Boydens are withholding the deposit to pay to completely redecorate the property. NOT recommended...but then they won't let you post this review either will they!
