Hedgehog Pie was born out of a combination of an insatiable passion for excellent food and a desire to provide catering which was unsurpassed.
Based in Congresbury, near Clevedon since 2002, our food is created from top quality ingredients using local and regional produce wherever possible. We carefully blend flavours and textures to create melt in the mouth food which is prepared freshly for all our clients. Our food tastes amazing, and our presentation is innovative and showcases our attention to detail.
Hedgehog Pie provides exceptional catering for corporate events specializing in canapé receptions served with beautiful, memorable presentation in marquees, offices and venues around the South West. We also love to cater for weddings and look forward to building this aspect of our business.
Our clients are varied but all have one thing in common, they recognize how important delicious, well prepared and beautiful food is to their events. For 15 years we have catered for the royal family including a private dinner for the Queen. Hedgehog Pie was delighted to provide catering at the official opening of the Penny Brohn Cancer Help Centre in Pill in the presence of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales. Just this week at Bracey Interiors world famous interior designer and stylist William Yeoward at one of our events said 'your food and presentation has inspired me'
Our signature main course dish is hot fillet of beef with hot horseradish icecream and a red wine jus on dauphinoise. A perfect marriage with our signature pudding of a hand made chocolate cup filled with tiramisu or eton mess with a chocolate pencil.
It is important for us to understand exactly what our clients require. We take the time to discuss all aspects of the catering with them and ensure that every aspect of the catering meets the agreed specification and budget.
