A Chef who trained under Gordon Ramsay has been appointed to head up DoubleTree by Hilton Cadbury House kitchen in Congresbury, near Clevedon. Mark Veale, from Cleeve now heads the restaurant after three years at Gordon Ramsay's Boxwood café in Knightsbridge. Mark's goal is to create the number one destination restaurant in the region.
Already awarded an AA Rosette , 'the restaurant' and the bar is a stylish but informal restaurant and bar, offering everything from tasty appetisers to inspiring and original filling dishes.

'the bar' has unique and intimate seating which allows small groups to view their own LCD screen so you can watch TV. Alternatively we have relaxing sofa seating for a more informal and comfortable option.
