I stayed at The Beeches last week in Clacton on Sea . When I first arrived on Sep 24th I had a nice lovely welcome from Liz and Barry, they are very nice people . The rooms are clean, the breakfast is lovely, it fills you up. Best place to go if you want to see a show at the Westcliff.

l stayed at the beeches guest house for the weekend and got a lovely welcome from barry + liz they are very friendly and the rooms are very nicely decorated and fresh its easy to park there as well and walking distance to the sea front looking foward to going back there

I stayed there last weekend. The owners, Barry & Liz Draper are so welcoming and the rooms have a very homely feeling, nicely decorated. The wonderful full English breakfast was to die for!

Stayed with Liz and Barry at The Beeches Guest House for a couple of nights and must say our stay with them was great. The rooms are clean and cosy, which made us feel at home. A warm welcome from Liz when we arrived was nice.A plus to this was the car parking facility and location was just five minutes walk to the town centre and promenade. The breakfast was excellent. We would use this guest house again and recommend The Beeches Guest House for your stay in Clacton.

We stayed at The Beeches on the 5/9/08 after attending a family wedding & it was wonderful.
Liz & Barry were the perfect hosts.
The rooms were very clean & comfortable & the breakfast was wonderful.
We would definately stay here again & would recommend this B&B for value,comfort & lovely hard working owners.

A truly wonderful stay! The room was lovely and cleaned to a high standard. There was a good choice for breakfast which was always delicious. Liz and Barry were very accommodating and looked after me exceptionally during my stay. I hope to return one day and would fully recommend anyone stay there. Thankyou very much!

Lovely warm welcome, comfortable spacious room and a delicious breakfast. All round a wonderful stay and well worth revisiting. Very close to beach and shops that makes the positioning of the guest house perfect. Thanks for all the advice while staying there, much appreciated!

We went to clacton for a wedding in March 07, The atmosphere was lovely, we had our 3month old son with us and everyone was so accomodating! The breakfast was lovely, the rooms are newly decorated and the whole place is no smoking. Even after one of our party rang the door bell at 2am because he couldnʼt find his keys, we were still greeted with smiles in the morning. It will always be our first choice when returning to Clacton! (if theyʼll have us!)
