What a great way to start Friday. I have been to business breakfasts for many years and I can honestly say this is the most relaxed and informal meeting I have been to. This said it takes nothing away from the amount of business that is carried out around the table. I congratulate all the members and visitors for making getting up at 5.45am almost enjoyable, and last but not least, we enjoy an excellent self serve breakfast.

Having visited various Networking groups in the area I have to say that everyone at CBX seems to genuinely enjoy their weekly get together, with it's relaxed, positive atmosphere and lots of business being passed. It's definitely worth getting out of bed for.

I have been involved with Coastal Business Exchange since its foundation and have seen it grow in members and core purpose rapidly. I have been running my company for just a year now and the business and knowledge gained from the members has been huge, I often leave a meeting with new motivation, ideas and business leads. Of course, none of this would work if it wasn't for the friendly and helpful atmosphere that all the members contribute towards. The breakfast is good too!
